Cooking in style (A giveaway!)

In the name of Black Friday I thought I would feature an Etsy artist who is very talented. Why not stay at home today and support folks who handmake their goods? Meet Lana!
My name is Lana and I love to sew.
I’ve been sewing since I was a little girl, my dolls had the best clothes in the neighborhood:) I started Sassy Apron in 2007 when I fell in love with Amy Butler’s fabrics and I wanted to find a way to express my creativity without being limited by sizes or trends in fashion. With aprons, you can do that, you can bring out your girlie-self or diva-self, in the privacy of your own kitchen. Plus,if you have to slave over a hot stove for hours, why not doing it in style?
Sassy Aprons are my original design, created to flatter the body, customized by size to fit any figure. They are flirty and feminine, unique, stylish, perfect for a party, serving dinner to your family or serving breakfast in bed to your sweetie:)
This is my (Lara’s) favorite. Great MPG inspired material. So cheerful and fun!
This apron below is the one Lana will be giving to one lucky MPG reader just in time to do some holiday baking!
All you have to do is leave a comment on this post telling us what your favorite Christmas cookie or holiday dish is.
You get an extra entry by like Sassy Aprons on Facebook here.
I hope you had a wonderful holiday. We enjoyed some downtime with the fam and are now lounging and purposefully avoiding the Black Friday hype. The thought of going out in this rain to wait in huge lines makes my stomach churn!
Love to you lovelies as we launch into the holiday rush~

I am STILL in my jammies at 4:30 pm!!! and I haven’t done a thing (except eat some leftovers) all day. Feels so good…..
Last year I made some nutella fudge and it was dangerously good. I have to say, though, pumpkin pie is my favorite, piled high with whip cream!
Sure would be nice to be sporting a new, cute apron this year while making my holiday treats:)

Love me some Aprons! My favorite thing to make is Cranberry Butter – it’s like apple butter – but with Cranberries! Love it because you can put it on all kinds of stuff, sandwiches, biscuits, toast, cookies, the list goes on! I like to give it as gifts too. I gave up Black Friday the year I was pregnant with my son and I have never done it again! Such ridiculousness – there is nothing I NEED that badly!Hope you had a great Holiday!
