50 years of
wedded bliss ~ clucking hen chatter ~ cousin wrestling ~ lingering meals ~ pineapple wedges ~ SPF 50 baptisms ~ salty sea blow-up floaties ~ the bluest skies ~ umbrella dotted beach terrain ~ poolside drinks that come with accessories ~ lawn chair tete a’ tetes ~ teenage crushes on hotel guests ~ multi-colored flip flops in 12 different sizes ~ granola acai bowl goodness ~ cousin camp sleepovers ~ homemade couch cushion forts ~ peeling shoulders ~ retold stories ~ laughter, laughter, laughter.
It was all there and did not disappoint. PH’s parents have created quite the clan! 50 years together is an incredible accomplishment.
I’ll take my tropical island Aloha paradise any way I can get it, but I especially love it with a full dose of extended family comradery.
