Horses of summer

One of the best things about having good weather out here in the summer is that I can capture horses. This was a client session that turned into a dream for me.

Running

horses

do

it

to

me

every

time.

Strong, powerful…even when they’re middle aged, these kids were putting on a show. Lucky to have my 70-200 mm lens so that I could stay out of the fray!

Brilliant beasts.

The wind of heaven is that which blows between a horse’s ears.  ~Arabian Proverb

The mane of a horse is the best part…I also love the muscles in their necks.

Horse Girl, Kris, was so lovely. She showed me that true Horse Girls never lose the passion, no matter where they are in life.

Amazing shoot with one of my faves, Kimberly Wilson and Le Pug, Louis, this weekend. Can’t wait to show you what we got!

Happy sunny week~
